With a script by Quentin Tarantino and direction from Tony Scott, this crime thriller was always going to be a hit. Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette (above) play young lovers who go on the run to LA, where they hope to sell a heap of stolen cocaine. Sadly, the mob is on their trail... ★★★☆☆
