FROM THE FILES OF AGENT SKOT
A report on Rossi (aka SKOT), written by his handler Major Houzvicka, said: ‘SKOT received 250 pounds Sterling and 3,000 Czechoslovak crowns as a financial reward for his fulfilment of tasks so far and for his assistance with uncovering the plans by the British Conservative Party to prepare for a potential nuclear missile attack.’
In April 1984, GLC councillor Rossi revealed ‘the start of construction of a new bunker for the commanders of Nato in High Wycombe’.
