Leo John Lucas, which detail his life as a homosexual man during the 1950s and 1960s. Lucas writes movingly of his search for acceptance and romantic entanglement with an associate of the Krays.
Opera On 3 From The Met (Radio 3, 6.30pm) features a production of Terence Blanchard’s Fire Shut Up In My Bones, an adaptation of journalist Charles M. Blow’s memoir.
