Riding into trouble

So there are plans to change the Highway Code to give priority to cyclists on the road.

This is madness. It will lead to more accidents, serious injuries and deaths. If the Transport Secretary, Grant Shapps, doesn’t

stop this, those injuries and deaths will be on his hands.
