Michael Portillo (below) is getting back on the tracks, this time focusing on our often stunning coastline. The first part of his 25-episode journey begins at Siccar Point in Berwickshire and endsatthePalaceofHolyrood House. In between, Portillo explores volcanic island Bass Rock, which is home to 150,000 northern gannets, before turning his attention to central Edinburgh.
