25-year diet of grilled fish and steamed veg may be seen by some as boring, but at least it’s far healthier than Charlotte Church’s penchant for a whole plate of melted Cathedral City cheese. Singer Charlotte, 35, says: ‘I was raised on Turkey Dinosaurs and Spam, and my family are obsessed with cheese on a plate. Nothing else happens apart from it being melted – that’s it.’

I must admit I’m equal parts disgusted and intrigued…
