CRUSH OF THE WEEK... Rosanna Konarzewski
SHE’S a society darling with brains, a lovingly restored Riva classic sports boat and a string of high profile pals – not to mention an adorable maltipoo dog named Gidget McFluff.
Yet life isn’t all roses for Rosanna Konarzewski
Rosanna, left, underwent torturous treatment to fix a debilitating fear of needles just before the pandemic. The outcome? She volunteered as a St John Ambulance Covid vaccinator of course! And they’re so proud to have Rosanna, they shared a video of her jabbing away at the Science Museum in their famous green attire, without any jitters or signs of her former phobia.
The ex-model has form for helping out good causes.
She teamed up to host a charity event for Australian wildlife at Mayfair’s exclusive members’ club 5 Hertford Street with food critic Tom Parker Bowles, Lord (Zac) Goldsmith of Richmond Park, renowned photographer David Yarrow and the club’s owner Robin Birley.
She’s also collaborated with the Duchess of Cornwall on the Booker Prize, when she worked for the former sponsor.
But Rosanna is no socialite. Her day job is as a senior executive on the leadership team of a £50 billion hedge fund. Right on point.
