After the popularity of Netflix’s ‘guilty pleasure’ series Selling Sunset, about glossy US realtors, here comes the inevitable British response.

Considering his past as a convicted cocaine dealer, you might have thought that Tyron Ash (third from left) would have struggled to establish himself in the world of property. Far from it: he claims that his estate agency has had sales of more than £300 million in the 18 months since he set it up, thanks to a go-ahead approach that isn’t shy of using Instagram and the like to promote himself and his business.

In the opening episode of this reality series we see the agents working under Ash battling against each other for every multi-million-pound sale. Brace yourself: this gang make the competitors on The Apprentice look positively shy and retiring in comparison.
