Who Killed Billie-Jo?

Next week it will be 25 years since the shocking murder of 13-year-old Billie-Jo Jenkins, and the case remains unsolved. Although her foster father was convicted of her murder, he was subsequently acquitted following a high-profile appeal and two major retrials. This documentary revisits the case, hearing from police and forensic scientists in a bid to find out who really killed the teenager.
