Bychkov (right) conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra in a performance of Mussorgsky’s Pictures At An Exhibition. There’s also the UK premiere of a work by Bryce Dessner .

In Short Works (Radio 4, 3.45pm) Craig Roberts reads Joe Dunthorne’s The Tallest Building In Wales. It’s set in the All Sky Cafe, where waitress Jeanette is the biggest draw.
