MANAGER Lee Bowyer hailed the return of Tahith Chong and Marc Roberts as key to an impressive Birmingham display. Manchester United loanee Chong scored the opener before Nico Gordon’s header made it 2-0. Bristol City hit back three minutes after the break when Alex Scott converted a Jay Dasilva left-wing cross. But Birmingham finished the game strongly and boss Bowyer was delighted. He said: ‘It just shows what sort of season we might have had without all the injuries.’
