Mary Berry’s Fantastic Feasts

Firefighter Matt, youth worker Callum and boxing instructor Thaer are three novice cooks from Cardiff who want to throw an afternoon tea for Soraya, leader of a local youth charity. Berry (above) teaches them recipes for golden red pepper, cheese and chive tartlets, mini scones and a four-tier clementine cake. Roman Kemp and Tom Read Wilson also get involved.
