Verity cleans up

WHO says reality stars don’t do real work? Made In Chelsea star Verity Bowditch, right, is out to prove the cynics wrong with her vegan fast-food chain Clean Kitchen.

‘We started 18 months ago as a shack on the beach in Brighton,’ says Verity – who, alongside her co-founder, Mikey Pearce, wants to make plant-based food ‘accessible, crueltyfree and sustainable’.

They now have a restaurant in Camden, with three more opening across London. ‘We want to put a Clean Kitchen on every high street in the country,’ Verity tells me.

Impressive talk – especially for a person who admits she hates cooking.
