SHE hasn’t remained at the top of the pop world for four decades by sticking to just one image. And Kylie Minogue amazed fans at the first night of her Las Vegas residency this weekend by wearing five striking outfits over the course of the 75-minute gig.

The pop princess kicked off her much-anticipated string of concerts in Sin City on Friday in a striking red PVC outfit, paired with a belt that said ‘Kylie’ and ‘Vegas’.

The 55-year-old later dazzled in a gold one-shouldered gown with floor-length strips, left, which she teamed with knee-high boots and a pair of hotpants.

She also donned another PVC frock, this time a black one with sheer material and polka dots on the arms; a red sequinned and tasselled leotard with gold shoulders; and a bright pink fur-look jacket.

The Australian singer could barely conceal her delight at how well the sell-out gig went. Shortly after it finished she took to social media to say: ‘I FELT THAT

VEGAS HIIIGGHHH! Las Vegas you were sensational. What EUPHORIA!! Residency night one done and we have LIFT OFF!

‘Love and thanks to all for putting this show together.’

Kylie opened with her 2000 album track Light Years before belting out some of her biggest hits from across her career, including Locomotion,

Spinning Around, Padam Padam and Can’t Get You Out Of My

Head – closing with the highly appropriate new track, Vegas High. Her 20-night run – tipped to be extended – at the intimate new 1,000capacity Voltaire cabaret nightclub in the Venetian hotel is set to net her millions. Tickets cost from £160 for a standingroom-only place to £800 for a table seat.
