Tuesday FOOD THE HAIRY BIKERS GO WEST
Dave Myers and Si King are hitting the road again, this time riding their trusty steel steeds along Britain’s west coast from Scotland to Devon. They begin on the Isle of Bute, which is a special place for them – it’s where their friendship was forged. A picnic and a visit to a Syrian bakery are two events on their itinerary. BBC2, 7pm
FILM JERRY & MARGE GO LARGE
Charming comedy drama inspired by a true story. Bryan Cranston and Annette Bening star as a couple who discover a loophole in a lottery game, which they realise will guarantee big wins. PAINTING ART’S WILDEST MOVEMENT: MANNERISM
Art historian and critic Waldemar Januszczak’s entertaining look at Mannerism, a dramatic art movement that arose between 1520 and 1590. This week we kick off in the ‘Park of Monsters’ in Italy and go on to consider Mannerism’s influence on portraiture, such as that of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, above. Sky Arts, 8pm
PROFILE BORIS BECKER: THE RISE AND FALL
How did the tennis superstar, above, go from winning Wimbledon at the tender age of 17 to spending time in a British jail? An eye-opening two-part documentary has the answer. Footage and interviews with people who know Becker help tell the story. ITV1, 9pm

Two men are poisoned, which sounds like a case for Geordie – but he’s been put on desk duty so it’s up to Larry to work out where blackmail, Hungarian exiles and the Russians fit into the puzzling investigation.
