Granite Harbour (BBC1, 8pm)

WHEN a dinghy linked to the Stolthet washes up on the beach, DCI Macmillan moves to have the cargo ship impounded, while Lindo and Bart question Captain Nielsen. It seems the ship’s crew has realised the net is tightening. They hold a meeting at which it emerges there was another stowaway onboard. Meanwhile, Nazir tries to gather information about the drugs case but Mallick isn’t giving anything away as he remains suspicious of his brother.

Sue Perkins: Lost In Thailand (C5, 9pm)

SUE Perkins explores three regions of Thailand, venturing off the beaten tourist track to meet some remarkable people and animals. She begins in the north of the country and abseils deep into a limestone cave. After that, she relaxes with a massage, although her choice of location may seem surprising – it’s a women’s prison. Perkins learns how this unusual salon is part of a rehabilitation project which aims to give the offenders a new career when they are released. From there, she heads into the lush Thai Highlands to visit the Elephant Sanctuary Chiang Mai.

The Twelve: Cinderella Murder (More4, 9pm)

THE second season of the tense Belgian drama features another complex courtroom conundrum. Twelve citizens have to judge the guilt or innocence of defendants Anton Bergman (Koen De Graeve) and his daughter Julie (Louisa Peeters). They have been charged with the murder of Marianne Coens (Katrien De Ruysscher), Anton’s partner and Julie’s stepmother. While Julie claims to have acted alone, and Anton insists that he’s innocent, the prosecutor believes she is protecting her father.

Suits (BBC1, 10.40pm)

THE legal drama was a decent hit when it first aired in the USA between 2011 and 2018. Not only did the series get a major profile boost when one of its stars, Meghan Markle, went on to marry royalty, it also found a new audience on streaming services, becoming one of the biggest shows in the world. Now, newcomers can find out why as the BBC brings us Suits from the beginning as college drop-out Mike Ross gets a job at a Manhattan law firm.
