The Exchange Flags restaurant is celebrating sunnier days ahead by putting on Tapas on the Terrace, serving up its small plates on the heated outdoor terrace which seats up to 80 people, seven days a week. It’s got a huge gin list and cocktail menu too including a fabulous Cava sangria.
