What excites you most about your new role at Titanic Hotel?

I am excited and proud to lead such an amazing team we have in Stanley’s Bar & Grill and to be able to put my stamp on the great service we are providing in the restaurant. But even more than that I am very excited to be a part of the wonderful team in the Titanic Hotel.

What's your favourite restaurant in Liverpool?

I could not pick any other restaurant to dine in apart of Stanley’s Bar & Grill, it has a great atmosphere and service, delicious food and unique style all together. This is what I am always looking for in my dining out days.

What's your favourite dish on the menu at Stanley's Bar & Grill?

My favourite dish from the menu has to be an 8oz Fillet Steak with a side of three pepper and brandy sauce. It’s just delicious and grilled to perfection.

What's your one piece of advice for anyone wanting to work in hospitality?

Anyone who wants to start in hospitality I would say embrace the journey as it is unique experience and way of life rather than just work.

Describe your perfect weekend in the city

My perfect weekend in Liverpool would be to stay in the best hotel you can pick and again I don’t think there is other hotel like Titanic. And to go out and discover for myself what Liverpool has to offer. Meet new people and get the proper feel of this vibrant city.
