Al fresco dining on the Colonnades

-

When the sun’s shining, there’s no better place to enjoy it and dine alfresco than on Titanic’s historic Colonnade.

Stanley’s Bar & Grill offers the perfect combination of a superb outdoor setting along with top quality food and drink. Overlooking Stanley Dock, and the backdrop of our stunning Grade II listed building, this is waterfront dining at its most beautiful.

Inside, of course, you get the theatre of the open kitchen as Stanley’s team of chefs create seasonal dishes to suit every taste and occasion, from a relaxed light lunch with a partner or colleague to a celebration dinner with family and friends or a romantic meal for two.

Eating out at Titanic always feels special, but never pretentious. When the warm days and evenings of summer arrive, our unique location really comes into its own and Stanley’s gives diners an outdoor option that’s even more gorgeous than inside.

Our menu makes the transition too, with a selection of dishes that are ideal for al fresco dining. The a la carte features light imaginative starters including goats cheese salad with poached pear and gingerbread, Scottish smoked salmon with capers and shallots, or a charred flatbread with chickpeas and hummus which will transport you to hot days on the Med.

For the main event, why not choose seabass with squid ink risotto, tenderstem broccoli and brown shrimp or if you want to keep it more traditional, try Titanic’s fish and chips, served with chunky chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce.

Steak fans will love our Titanic Butcher’s Block, where you can take your pick from the finest British 28-day dry aged cuts – fillet, sirloin and ribeye, or a 16oz centre cut fillet for two to share.

And, if you’ve still got room for dessert, don’t miss our classic sticky toffee pudding or Titanic’s special sweet treat: Liverpool Gin torte, served with tonic and lemon jelly – an absolute winner to round off any meal, and especially a sunny one on the dockside.

Don’t forget that you can also enjoy Stanley’s afternoon tea, between 1pm and 5pm Monday to Sunday, last orders is at 4.30pm, with a choice of traditional, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Book in advance on our website to reserve your table, then sit back and enjoy delicious finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and our chef’s selection of miniature desserts. Choose from our range of specialty teas, have a glass of prosecco or make the experience extra special by adding a glass of Lanson Champagne.
