But bad news for Bartlett, the legends,managed by former Charlton boss Alan Curbishley, have just confirmed Teddy Sheringham, inset, is to join in the fun, with Dion Dublin, Darren Anderton and ex-Arsenal right-back Lauren also turning out.

National League South Stones won the Non-League challenge for an exceptional celebration which included the Raider, 50, performing a Gazza-style dentist’s chair on the sidelines. Now he will perform on the pitch – and boss Bartlett is a worried man!

“The biggest concern I have is where does the Raider fit in,” he said before the match, which kicks off at 3pm at Grovesnor Vale.“Or more to the point, how long he’ll last!

“We’ll assess his state when he gets to the dressing room – if he’s not enjoyed a pregame visit to the clubhouse and is in good nick then that’s half the battle won!”

And he added: “They may have Teddy and Premier League champions in their ranks but we’re in it to win it!”
