What’s the plan for 6?

WHAT are the FA going to do with Step 6 for next season?

All I know is that they are aiming to create two new leagues and have told clubs that if they haven’t achieved a ‘G’ ground grading before March 31 they will be demoted with all Step 5/6 leagues reduced to a maximum of 20 clubs.

But, how exactly are the FA going to do this? Will they inform leagues and clubs before the end of the season?
