DRAGONS REEL IN HUDSON
SEASONED manager and coach Chris Hudson has been named as the new boss of Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier outfit Wivenhoe Town.
He replaces Mo Osman, who quit as manager after eight years in charge but will continue with the club as chairman.
Osman led the side to the Division One title two seasons ago – the club’s first championship since 1990. However, the Dragons now lie bottom of the table with just two wins from their last 22 games.
Hudson began his career with Fulham before moving to Germany where he played professionally in Bundesliga 2.
He said: “I am looking forward to the challenge and will do everything I can to give the club and its fans a team that they can continue to be proud of.”
