AT BOWDEN PARK
Kempston Rovers were 3-0 winners at Desborough Town while Woodbridge Town were convincing 5-1 winners at home to Hadleigh United. Matt Mackenzie and Carlos Edwards struck two goals apiece for the Suffolk side, who have still yet to help themselves to a league victory. There were goals galore at Daventry Town, who beat visitors Yaxley 7-5. Saffron Waldron Town also found their scoring boots as they saw off Hoddesdon Town 4-1 and Chipping Sodbury Town left it late to win 2-1 at Easington Sports.
Steven Fitzpatrick and Justin Bishop popped up with the injury-time goals to take them through but there was defeat for Ardley Town, who were beaten 4-2 by visitors Burnham.
Harrison Iddles and Elliot Kennedy scored two goals apiece as Bishops Cleeve beat
North Greenford United 5-2. Elsewhere, there were also convincing wins on the road for Leverstock Green and Hayes & Yeading United. The former recorded a thumping 6-0 at Harpenden Town while United thrashed Brimscombe & Thrupp 7-0.
Herne Bay were also among the goals, winning 7-1 at Arundel while, Kent’s Whitstable Town were 2-0 winners at CB Hounslow United. Down in the South West, Street edged out Willand Rovers 2-1, Westbury United were 3-0 victors at home to Saltash United, and Bitton won 2-0 at Portland United.
Yate Town saw their impressive start to the season continue with a 3-0 victory at
Cheddar – they have yet to concede a goal – while Oscar Latas scored a goal in each half as Bridport won 5-0 at Hallen. There were also wins for Plymouth Parkway and Paulton Rovers.
