The Non-League Football Paper - - BOSTIK LEAGUE PREMIER - By Sam Rattle

SIMON Wormull made three changes from the Burgess Hill side which started the goalless draw with Folkestone Invicta last Saturday – but it did little to turn things around as Jimmy Muitt’s doubnle added to their misery.

The Hillians started brightly, with Correia firing just over following some good link-up play with Cadman, after just eight minutes.

McCollin was first to test keeper Dan Lincoln, as the Rocks stopper got down sharply.

Muitt had the visitors’ first chance, heading over the crossbar from close range, while the Hillians’ best chance fell to Richmond, whose header was somehow cleared off the line.

James somehow kept Muitt’s header out as the visitors’ threatened and on 56 minutes Muitt opened the scoring from the penalty spot after the referee penalised Jonah.

Both sides enjoyed spells of possession in the second period, with neither fashioning many clear-cut chances.

As the game headed into its final 15 minutes, the Hillians began to rally, with Lincoln producing no fewer than three top saves to deny Wormull’s men.

The Rocks survived the Hillians onslaught, before breaking into an attack of their own, as Muitt doubled his tally in injury time to seal home the points. STAR MAN: Jimmy Muitt (Bognor Regis) ENTERTAINMENT: ★★★★★
