IT’S ALL CHANGE at the top of Premier South as longtime leaders

Walton & Hersham went down 1-0 at home to second-placed Beckenham Town whose Danny Waldren scored a fifth minute winner to help his side climb above them and three points clear.

In third place are the Jersey Bulls who beat Cobham 1-0 at home thanks to a strike from Fraser Barlow.

Jordan Gallagher bagged a brace and Reece Williams-Bowers, Eoin Fraser and Nes Bellikli scored a goal each as Raynes Park Vale beat visitors

Banstead Athletic.

George Membriller­a, Lewis Pearch, Chad Goulter and Josh Rapson found the net for Horley Town who returned from Frimley Green with a 4-1 win and Harrison Livingston­e and Alfie Huckle earned Guildford City a 2-1 triumph at

Sheerwater’s Anthony Ogeanufe scored both of their goals in a 2-1 victory at Farnham Town while Knaphill forced a goalless draw at AFC Croydon Athletic and Redhill drew 1-1 with visitors Camberley Town.

Hanworth Villa continued their march to the title with a 2-0 home win over

Tadley Calleva, Meshach Williams and Shadrach Malembe netting.

Second-placed North Greenford United threw away an early two-goal lead to lose 5-4 at Burnham who netted twice through Leo Decambo with Nasar Bakare, Tayo Ajaji and Matteo Espirito adding a goal each.

Hosts Egham Town also came from behind to beat basement side

CB Hounslow United 3-1 with Adam Humphries, Brendan Matthew and Reece Yorke on target.

Tom Scott, Duarte Surpanu and Harry Laflin, from the spot, netted for Ascot United who returned from St Panteleimo­n with a 3-2 win.

Reading City marked boss Simon Johnson’s 100th game in charge by beating lowly visitors Holyport 2-1, Ellis Cowd and Jemel Johnson scoring.

Charlie Postance scored the only goal of the game as hosts Abbey Rangers beat Edgware Town and Enow Ojong netted for Wokingham & Emmbrook in a 1-0 win over Wembley.

The day’s highest score came in Division One where London Lions hammered London Samurai Rovers 12-0 with hat-tricks for Max Kyte and Austin Lipman and goals for Teddie Levenfiche, Jamie Cohen, Jack Mattey, Liron Mannie, Ben Barnett and Felix Shalom.

JOSH WALKER scored a hat-trick as Winterton Rangers inflicted a shock 4-0 defeat on league leaders

Grimsby Borough.

Walker put Winterton 1-0 up at halftime before adding the second and sealing it late on after Gareth Barlow netted the third.

The defeat saw Grimsby’s lead cut to three points as second-placed

Eccleshill United beat struggling

Hemsworth Miners Welfare 4-1 with Aiden Day netting a hat-trick.

Third-placed Garforth Town needed a late penalty to earn a 2-2 draw at home to Silsden, Dan Coupland and Josimar Bradshaw trading braces, while Tim Gregory scored the only goal as Sherwood Colliery in fourth spot edged out Albion Sports 1-0.

Emley eased their relegation fears as they beat Handsworth 1-0 and Bottesford Town beat AFC Mansfield 2-1 and Staveley MW comfortabl­y beat Goole AFC 4-1.

Elsewhere, Maltby Main came from behind to beat Thackley 3-1, Johnathan Williams levelling from the spot before further goals from Joseph Austin and Robert Chipps, and Nathan Knightley’s injury time goal saw Penistone Church claim a 1-1 draw at

Barton Town.

In Division One, Hallam’s lead was cut to three points as Parkgate beat them 5-4 in a thriller, scoring twice in the final minutes to win it while North Ferriby, in second spot, beat Dronfield Town 1-0.

PREMIER DIVISION leaders Bishops Cleeve returned from Westfields with a 1-0 victory thanks to a 45th minute strike by Joe Selman.

Second-placed Bradford Town slipped 2-0 at home to Malvern Town who scored through Joe Bullock and Kyonn Evans in the last seven minutes.

Dan Price helped himself to a hattrick and Callum Denkiv, Sam Jordan and Steve Hulbert notched a goal each as Westbury United won 6-1 at lowly

Chipping Soldbury Town.

Sam Packer bagged a brace and Bailey Gallagher, John Mills and Alfie Presley solitary goals as Royal Wootton Bassett Town triumphed 5-0 at Thornbury Town. Cribbs also won 5-0 at Shrivenham thanks to a double from Jack Fillingham and goals from Nick Jones, Jacob Hodgson and Ryan Cainey while Lydney Town lost 4-0 at

Brimscombe & Thrupp, whose goals came from Jonty Welch, Ollie Pitt, Ollie Barnes and Sam Folkes.

Bottom club Hallen earned only their third win in 30 games, two goals from Saul Jarrett securing a 2-1 win at

Tuffley Rovers.

Elsewhere, Tom Bolledge netted early for Fairford Town in a 1-0 win at Corsham Town, Roman Glass St George lost 1-0 at home to Hereford Lads Club, Olly Price scoring, and

ESSEX SENIOR LEAGUE

THINGS HAVE started to get a bit interestin­g at the top after

Walthamsto­w slipped to a 2–0 defeat at Little Oakley, where Harry Mann and Sam Cooke netted.

Stansted were the only chasers to take full advantage, winning 2–0 at basement-dwellers Sporting Bengal United. Connor Hammond’s double cuts Stow’s advantage to seven points, while Sporting are 13 from safety.

On a day when seven games ended in draws, Ilford were the only other winners, returning from Southend

Manor as 2–0 victors.

Redbridge and Saffron Walden Town cancelled each other out but the Motormen did lose a two-goal lead. James Barlow and Tony Martin put them in charge before Will McClelland and Kris Oti rescued a point for Saffron Walden in the last 15 minutes.

West Essex scored first and last against FC Clacton with goals from Oki Okuguni and Reece Clarke but Alfie Matthews scored either side of half-time.

Gavin Kelsey’s first match in charge of Cockfoster­s ended 1–1 when Reece Mosanya levelled late on for Fosters after Courtney Kustin had given White Ensign a first half lead.

Elsewhere, Enfield led at Hoddesdon Town through Alfie Mason before Harrison Cage restored parity after 70 minutes, Clapton’s visit to Stanway Rovers ended goalless and Friday night’s Woodford Town and Takeley clash ended 1–1.

SPARTAN SOUTH MIDLANDS

STRIKES FROM Elija Ogunseye and Charne Lemba fired New Salamis to victory and the top of the table as they defeated Leverstock 2-0.

Ogunseye broke the deadlock in the first half and Lemba’s header wrapped up the points to see the Salamis leapfrog Risborough who weren’t in action.

Meanwhile, new signing Jervon Campbell enjoyed a memorable debut for Leighton as the second-half substitute fired in a second half winner to secure a 2-1 victory against Ardley. Ashton Campbell had opened the scoring for Leighton with Jacob Blackstock equalising for the visitors.

The victory sees Leighton leapfrog

Hadley who lost 2-1 to a stoppage time winner at Tring Athletic having led through a Jordan Edwards strike. Olly Butler grabbed the winner created by man-of-the-match Ronan Hutchins who scored the Tring equaliser.

Lewis White and Louis Bircham scored to give Harefield a vital win against struggling Crawley while

Harpenden are up to fifth thanks to a 3-0 win at Oxhey Jets with goals from Ryan Plowright, Harvey Scott and Osamu Allman.

Fabian Diffill’s sweet strike won it for Flackwell Heath at London Colney while Charlie Rome’s penalty put

Baldock Town in front against Holmer Green before the visitors snatched an equaliser in their basement battle.

Aylesbury Vale Dominoes also had to settle for a point after Jake Baldwin’s top corner strike was cancelled out by a 71st minute Arlesey Town penalty.

WESTERN LEAGUE

SUPER ALI BOYER enjoyed a dream debut for Cadbury Heath as he smashed a hat-trick in their 3-2 defeat of second-placed Exmouth.

The visitors twice led through Aaron Denny and Nathan Cooper but Boyer clinched the points with goals in the 10th, 52nd and 59th minutes.

High-flying Ilfracombe also came a cropper on the road as they crashed to a 3-1 defeat at Clevedon. Callum Eastwood, Archie Ferris and Mitch Osmand netted with Jack Langford replying.

Twins Jason and Miles Quick displayed some of the famed sibling telepathy as they combined to give Wellington a late winner against Keynsham, the latter heading in his brother’s cross five minutes from time.

Captain fantastic Andy Martin headed in Callum Gould’s free-kick to give Shepton the bragging rights in their 2-1 derby defeat of Street. Harry Foster had headed Street in front with Joe Morgan equalising.

Mousehole inflicted a heavy defeat on rivals Bridgwater in their top six clash. The hosts ran out 5-1 winners thanks to goals from Mark Goldsworth­y, Tallan Mitchell, Jared Sims and two Hayden Turner penalties.

Elsewhere, Saltash thrashed

Bridport 9-0 with Sam Hughes and Scott Crocker both bagging braces and Orlando Anker’s late strike won it for Helston at Brislingto­n. Sub Charlie Johansen earned a point for Buckland at

LEAGUE LEADERS Hanley Town

came from behind to edge out title challenger­s Boldmere St Michaels,

Chris Dagnall scoring the winner ten minutes from time. Kyle Byrne had handed the home side a 64th minute lead but this was cancelled out by Jayden Cotterill just two minutes later.

Second-placed AFC Wulfrunian­s

were 2-0 winners at home to Shifnal Town - Ty Knight and Tom Poole with the goals - and third-placed Lichfield City were convincing 3-0 winners at home to Bewdley Town whose goals came from Joe Haines, Charlie Shaw and Chandler Pegg.

Racing Club Warwick won an important basement tussle with Haughmond 3-2, Romario Martin with a double, and Lye Town won at Highgate United by the same scoreline.

Sam Wilson’s goal was enough to give Stone Old Alleynians a 1-0 victory over Worcester City and Soms Sibanda hit the winner in Wolves Casuals’ 2-1 defeat of Uttoxeter Town.

Elsewhere, Adam McGurk scored two penalties to fire Walsall Wood to a

2-0 win over Romulus and Whitchurch Alport edged out Stourport Swifts

2-1.

GORLESTON are the new league leaders after a stunning 6-1 home win against Brantham Athletic on Saturday.

Christy Finch netted twice for the home side with Connor Deeks and debutant Dominic Docherty also on target.

Mildenhall Town dropped to second in the table after suffering a heavy 4-0 defeat at home to third-placed

Wroxham. Ryan Curtis struck a brilliant hat-trick for the visitors who are still two points behind Gorleston but have two games in hand.

Elsewhere, bottom side Swaffham Town lost 2-0 away to Hadleigh United with Joel Glover and Kade Ivatt the home side’s scorers and Long Melford remain in the drop zone after losing 3-1 away to Whitton United.

Ashley Jarvis netted twice for

Fakenham Town in a 3-1 home win against Haverhill Rovers and Jack Friend and Ben Matthews were sixthplace­d March Town United’s scorers in a 2-0 home victory over Newmarket Town.

Jamie Smith’s penalty handed

Walsham-le-Willows a 3-2 home success against Thetford Town and fourth placed Mulbarton Wanderers were held to a 1-1 draw away to Norwich United.

In the day’s other two games, Woodbridge Town ran out impressive 4-0 winners at home to Ely City and the match between Kirkley & Pakefield and Lakenheath finished in a goalless draw.

■ LEADERS Chatham Town went on a goal blitz as they won 6-0 at neighbours K Sports after Jordi Robins gave them an eighth minute lead and Dan Bradshaw added a second before half-time. Bradshaw completed a second successive away hat-trick in the first ten minutes of the second half before

Lekan Osideko and Andy Pugh completed the rout. Sheppey United won the delayed 2020 Kent Senior Trophy Final in midweek and followed up by beating Punjab United 3-0. Jefferson Aibangbee scored twice in the last ten minutes of the first half with Billy Bennett adding a third at the death. Glebe beat neighbours Erith and Belvedere 3-1 at Foxbury Avenue on Friday night. Brad Wilson, Jamie Philpot, with his 40th of the season, and Sammy Johnson all scored before Danny Lear bagged a consolatio­n for the Deres.

Connor Coyne scored the 90th minute winner for Deal Town as they came from behind to beat Rusthall 2-1. Taylor Robinson had given the visitors a 10th minute lead before Macaulay Murray levelled from the spot.

Elsewhere, Sami Meziane scored both goals in Kennington’s 2-0 win at Lordswood while Michael Power’s second half penalty rescued a point for

Erith Town who drew 1-1 at home to

NORTH WEST COUNTIES

WYTHENSHAW­E TOWN ensured they won’t be forgotten about in the title race as they came from behind to beat Skelmersda­le United 2-1 at home and go above them into second.

Michael Howard put Skelmersda­le ahead but Matthew Bryan hit back for the hosts before Max Leonard scored the winner 15 minutes from time.

The win sees Wythenshaw­e move above Skelmersda­le into second, two points behind Macclesfie­ld, who’s away trip to Padiham was postponed.

Winsford United were the day’s big winners, thrashing Prestwich Heys 5-0. Kevin Exell scored a first-half brace, with Dan Boden adding a third before half-time and Sam Madeley’s double after the break sealing the win.

Ashton Athletic gave themselves a nine point cushion over the relegation zone as they were the big winners on the road, 4-1 at Lower Breack. Goals from Chris Bandell, Hogan Ako and Regan Brown had them in control and although Sean Miller pulled one back, Niall Moran sealed victory late on.

AFC Liverpool came from two down to win 3-2 at Burscough, Anthony Lyons and Callum Schorah levelling before half-time before Oliver Sanderson scored a stoppage time winner.

Northwich Victoria beat Congleton Town 2-1 with goals from Ashley Dunn and Matthew Birchell and Irlam won at

Vauxhall Motors by the same score, Ethan Cartwright and Millen Brown scoring. Avro drew 2-2 with Squires Gate while Friday’s game saw Litherland REMYCA beat Longridge Town 3-1.

Third-placed Saltdean United are now level on points with second-placed

Newhaven, who weren’t involved in league action at the weekend, after a comfortabl­e 3-0 home victory against struggling AFC Varndeania­ns. Harry Shooman netted twice for the home side with Reece Hallard also on the score sheet. The defeat for Varndeania­ns means they remain nine points adrift of safety.

Fourth-placed Bexhill United suffered a 1-0 defeat away to Lingfield with Aaron Jenkins scoring the game’s only goal. And Max Thompson’s second half strike was enough to hand

Eastbourne United Associatio­n a 1-0 away success over their local rivals

Eastbourne Town.

Charlie Broad’s goal was also enough to hand Hassocks a 1-0 away win against AFC Uckfield Town while Charlie Pitcher struck a superb hattrick for Crawley Down Gatwick as they recorded an impressive 5-2 home victory against fifth-placed Pagham. Shaun Findlay and Harvey Blake netted the other two Crawley goals.

In the day’s other game, Horsham YMCA beat Alfold 3-0 at home with Tom Tolfrey grabbing a brace for the home side and Mark Pritchard-Cave adding the other.

NORTHERN LEAGUE

BISHOP AUCKLAND beat Penrith 2-1 in their bottom-four clash at Heritage Park, Dale Milburn and Marcus Giles on target for Bishops in the first half.

Northaller­ton Town remain bottom despite a 1-1 draw at high-flying Ryhope CW. Karl Southern’s 52nd minute penalty gave Ryhope the lead only for by Alex Bruton to level late on.

Leaders Consett went down 3-2 at third-placed Thornaby for whom Dan Flounders gave the Teesside outfit an early lead that was doubled after the break by Craig Hutchinson. Luke Carr reduced the deficit from the spot and Cyril Giraud bagged Thornaby’s third before Jake Orrell replied late on.

Second-top North Shields lost for only the second time, Louis Anderson’s 11th minute strike giving mid-table

Seaham Red Star a 1-0 home win.

Crook Town had Gateshead loan striker Eddie Thomas sent off after he’d given his side the lead against Whitley Bay, who went on to win 2-1.

Whickham and Sunderland RCA played out a 1-1 draw. Greg Swansbury’s near post header putting RCA ahead before Kaleb Young levelled.

West Allotment Celtic had Sam Bryan sent off late on in a 4-2 defeat at

Ashington. Ben Harmison and Craig Spooner both scored twice for the Colliers while Newcastle Benfield and

Redcar Athletic drew 1-1.

Elsewhere, Marc Costello’s goal gave

Newton Aycliffe a 1-0 win at home to

Guisboroug­h Town.

WESSEX LEAGUE

BAFFINS MILTON ROVERS made several new signings on Saturday morning with Ellis Martin and Jack Williamson signing for the Portsmouth-based club before their home game with Amesbury Town.

The arrival of new faces worked. After some strong words from the Baffins management following their loss at Portland United, Rovers responded by winning 3-1.

Blackfield and Langley won 2-1 at home to high-flying Horndean at Gang Warily. Owen Fee was on target for the Watersider­s in their victory.

Hamworthy United thrashed Hamble Club 8-1 at the County Ground. Bailey Rowe scored twice for the Hammers while Matt Neale also scored a brace for Tim Sills’ side.

Steve Devlin netted a free-kick for the hosts, with Cameron Munn, Max Wilcox and Eddie Hodge also finding the back of the net.

Brockenhur­st won 4-2 away at

Bournemout­h Poppies.

The scoreline was 0-0 at half-time but the second-half was a totally different contest.

Kyle Graham put Poppies ahead on 52 minutes, Christie Ward made it 1-1 and the Badgers then went ahead through Kieran O’Donnell. Several minutes later and it was three to the good thanks to Mitchell Speechley-Price.

A fourth goal followed through Speechley-Price and although Sami Garcia scored a late consolatio­n, Brockenhur­st ran out worthy 4-2 winners.

SOUTH WEST PENINSULA

FALMOUTH TOWN continued their seemingly-unstoppabl­e march to the Premier West title with a 7-1 mauling of third-from-bottom Godolphin Atlantic.

In their first home game in nearly six weeks, Luke Barnes gave them a firsthalf lead before Archie Ward equalised.

They then scored six times in the last 37 minutes via a Jack Bray-Evans double, Tim Nixon, James Ward, Luke Brabyn, from the spot, and substitute Alex Wharton, leaving them with a 100% record from their first 20 games.

Callington Town hit seven without reply against visitors Penryn Athletic, Luke Cloke bagging a hat-trick, Harry Eaton a brace and Jack Tribble and Xoli Ncube a goal each.

St Blazey beat visitors Bodmin Town 6-0 with a double from Liam Eddy and goals from Jordan Dingle, Callum Kenny, Liam Eddy, from the penalty spot, and substitute Kyle Friendship.

In Premier East, Torridgesi­de beat visitors Ottery St Mary 8-0 with Saul Plesca, George Folland, Ollie Kenneally, Rory Paine, Nick Glover, Jack Magarotto, Harry Taffs and Alfie Stevens all on target in the rout.
