WEEKLY UPDATE WITH IAN WHITE

WELCOME to the latest update of this Fantasy Non-League season. Today’s update covers the period Sunday, January 7 through to Saturday, January 13, 2024.

First of all, substitution news. I have activated all the substitutions that I have received. You can tell your changes have been implicated by the [S] symbol after your team’s name. If you think I have missed your substitutions, then please contact the FNL 2023/24 Helpdesk, contact details are at the bottom of this update. (You have until the end of January to do this).

A reminder about the demise of Marske United from the Northern Premier League.

If you have this team in your selection you will need to replace them. This must be done by the end of January. I think we only have about 60 of you who have Marske United in your team and most of those 60 are trying to finish bottom. Marske played their last game on Saturday December 30 so after that game they had -95pts. That points total will be fixed into your calculation, and you will need to replace them with one of the following eight teams. Once you have picked your team you will receive points for the new team from Monday, January 1 (if you had Marske Utd as a Joker the new choice will also replace them). So, this will work the same as the substitutions.

So, pick one team from (make sure you don’t already have the team you pick).
