COMBINED COUNTIES

PREMIER South champions Farnham Town extended their unbeaten run in the league to 40 games dating back to last season as striker Charlie Postance and Dean Rule netted after an own goal opener for a 3-1 victory at Abbey Rangers.

Jersey Bulls were held goalless by fellow play-off-chasing hosts Redhill for the second time this season. Despite taking a 60-second lead through Brad Passfield, Camberley Town lost 2-1 to visitors Tadley Calleva who levelled through an own goal with Scott Kinge grabbing the winner.

Tom Collins hit two goals for hosts AFC Croydon Athletic with Cian McCarthy, Ben Cheklit and Richard Pingling adding one each as they beat Guildford City 5-0.

Darnell McDonald, Owen Tanner, Scott Sanderson, sub Luke Perkins and Owen Lumsden earned hosts Alton a 5-0 win over Tooting & Mitcham United.

Adam Aziz opened the scoring for Knaphill at Horley Town before Jose Sani netted twice to give the visitors a 3-2 win. Amari Fashanu, Harvey Seaman and Jamie Fuller netted for hosts Sandhurst Town who beat Balham 3-0.

A Reise Stanislaus double and a Derick Hayford goal saw Cobham beat visitors Spelthorne Sports 3-2. A Mihail Marinescu double and a Dan Bone goal saw Fleet Town win 3-0 at Colliers Wood United.

A 92nd-minute leveller by Nate Robinson and a 94th-minute winner from Tom Rowlinson saw Ardley United come from behind to win 2-1 at Wembley.

Hosts Milton United beat Holyport

3-0 with strikes by Mike McKirnan, Louis Joyce and Liam Palfreeman.

Matt Peake-Pijnen and Lewis Toomey netted for Risborough Rangers as they beat visitors Egham Town 2-0. Bedfont Sports won 2-0 at Burnham via Makael Scotta and Jake Woods. Harefield United forced a 2-2 draw at Virginia Water while North Greenford United drew 1-1 at Edgware & Kingsbury.

A KIERAN KNIGHT penalty and goals by Jacon Pearce and substitute Jamie York gave Premier North champions Sherwood Colliery a 3-0 win at struggling AFC Mansfield.

Sherwood won the title by default on Tuesday when Lincoln United lost 3-0 at home to Melton Town.

Lucas Daki scored both goals as Boston Town triumphed 2-0 at Eastwood CFC. Sleaford Town won 2-0 at Ashby Ivanhoe with Finlay Armond and Akeel Francis netting.

In a six-pointer clash between the bottom two, ten-man Hucknall Town won 2-0 at Pinchbeck United with Brad Wells and Dan Odunaiya scoring and Dylan Rawson sent off.

A Rob Conway penalty saw Deeping Rangers win 1-0 at Heanor Town. Melton Town won 1-0 at Skegness Town thanks to Kairo Edwards-John.

Newark & Sherwood United drew 1-1 at home to Kimberley Miners Welfare.

Wellingbor­ough Town are close to the Premier South title after their 5-0 win at Lutterwort­h Town with a double by Jessi Obeng and one each from Brett Solkhon, Jack O’Connor and Nehemiah Richard-Noel. Title rivals Racing Warwick were held were held 1-1 by visitors Newport Pagnell Town.

Aylestone Park won 2-1 at St Neot’s Town thanks to a Matt Langham strike and an own goal.

Joe Blowers and Stanley Dube scored for Coventry United in their 2-0 home win over Godmanches­ter Rovers.

BEN REAY’S hat-trick and a late Luke Spalding goal saw Shildon beat

North Shields 4-0 to set up a Bank Holiday Monday title showdown at leaders Bishop Auckland, who they trail by three points.

Third-placed Birtley Town put six goals past Newcastle Benfield with captain Alex Francis and Matty Ward both scoring twice.

West Auckland went two better with an 8-0 romp at second-bottom Tow Law, Josh Scott scoring four first half goals and James Harrison a late double.

A late Adam Burnicle goal earned lowly

Seaham Red Star a 2-2 draw at top-eight side Boro Rangers, while Keighan Kerr’s 82nd minute strike saw Carlisle City beat visitors Guisboroug­h Town 2-1.

Bottom markets Sunderland RCA conceded three early goals on their way to a 4-2 defeat at home to Heaton Stanningto­n, Usman Ogidan scoring twice for RCA in the second half.

Tom Moore gave fellow promotion hopefuls Bury a deserved lead through a second half free kick, before Ly netted in the eighth minute of stoppage time in front of over 4,000 fans.

Ten-man Charnock Richard also left it late to rescue a result at AFC Liverpool.

Luke Power had given the visitors the lead before goals from Adam Moorcroft and Alex Cherera turned the game on its head. But Marcus Haydock netted a late equaliser after Brad Carsley had received his marching orders.

Chadderton twice came from behind at Padiham, Krisel Prifti and Cory Knight each scoring to cancel out goals from Joel Brownhill and Tyler James.

Kendal Town put three past Glossop North End through James Bailey, Matthew Dudley and Ryan Winder.

Dylan Fitzgerald scored the only goal as Prestwich Heys edged past Colne.

Elsewhere, the points were shared at Irlam, with Burscough’s Callum Sandle cancelling out Ethan Cartwright’s 65th minute penalty. And in the highest scoring game of the day Harry Holness, Wade Rutherford, Freddy Garbutt and Gabe Ellis all scored for Pilkington in a 4-2 win at

JAMES SMITH NORTHERN COUNTIES EAST

EMLEY AFC were crowned Northern Counties East Premier champions following a 5-0 victory at Goole AFC.

Ruben Jerome netted a first half brace before Alex Metcalfe, Joe Clegg and James Walshaw also scored to complete the win.

At the opposite end, Eccleshill United picked up a vital victory in the relegation battle against basement side Maltby Main.

Harvey Booth’s 47th minute goal was all that separated the sides, while keeper Ed Wilczynski kept a clean sheet on his 100th appearance for the Eagles.

Maltby need to win their two remaining matches to have any chance of survival.

Albion Sports maintained their play-off push with a 1-0 win over Barton Town thanks to Ashley Flynn’s second half goal.

Garforth Town are also looking strong play-off opponents following a 5-1 win at

Bottesford Town after braces from Matthew Antcliff and Samual Cable.

Oliver Fearon also bagged a brace in Hallam’s 2-0 win at Golcar United while

Handsworth beat Pickering Town 3-0 thanks to two second half goals from Brandon Bagley and a further via Shaun Tuton.

A last minute Sam Cook goal rescued a 1-1 draw for Knaresboro­ugh Town against

Tadcaster Albion, Rossington Main beat

Campion 4-1, Kayle Price scored a hat-trick as Silsden AFC secured a 4-3 home victory against Penistone Church.

MIDLAND LEAGUE

DARLASTON TOWN are back in the hunt for a play-off place at the top of the Premier Division after storming to a 4-0 victory over promotion rivals Stourport Swifts. Aaron Bishop was the star of the show, netting a hat-trick with James Rowland bagging the other from the penalty spot.

Lichfield City and Congleton Town continue to slog it out at the top with the pair both picking up three points with just goal difference separating them.

Leaders Lichfield saw off AFC Wulfrunian­s 2-0 with the goals coming in the first half from Jack Edwards and Dan Lomas.

Congleton had things a little easier as they ran out 4-1 winners at Romulus where Richard Duffy, Dan Needham, Max McCarthy and Tom Hampton were on target for the Bears.

Whitchurch Alport were the day’s biggest winners, easing to a 5-1 win at

Uttoxeter Town. The goals came from five different scorers – Ollie Holden, Harry Bower, Lewis Bloor, Adam Hailes and Tom Messham’s penalty. Elsewhere in the top flight, it finished goalless between Atherstone Town and Wolverhamp­ton Casuals while two goals from Dominic Dell helped Shifnal Town to a 3-1 win at Dudley Town.

Hinckley AFC stretched their lead at the top of Division One to 14 points after beating Nuneaton Griff 4-2.

A SECOND-HALF double from Dylan Parker gave mid-table Pershore Town a 2-0 Premier Division win at

Longlevens AFC in one of the few games to go ahead in a programme badly hit by postponeme­nts due to the weather.

Andreas Smolka and Jens Chigozie Ude netted for visitors and third-frombottom Thornbury Town as they won 2-0 away to Fairford Town.

On Friday, a 91st-minute penalty from Dan Grieve and a Luke Whelan goal just 60 seconds later saw hosts Highworth Town come from behind to beat Westfields 2-1 and climb into fourth spot.

Cawley Cox, James Baldwin and Jordan Williamson netted for Hereford Pegasus in a 3-0 win at Roman Glass St George and in Division One yesterday, Jake Williams and Dan Chaundry both bagged braces for hosts FC Stratford in their 6-2 drubbing of Chipping Sodbury Town.

Elsewhere, John Mills, Josh Richardson, Casey Highmoor and Harry Ackland delivered the goods for Abingdon United as they beat Moreton Rangers 4-0.

Joey Aust helped himself to a double, Jordan Moore added one goal and Tyrae Njogu converted a spot-kick as hosts Kidlington Reserves saw off FC Bristol 4-1.

On Friday, Kyle Witt netted twice for

Malmesbury Victoria as they returned from Southam United with a 4-0 victory.
