Zone in on comfort, savings and energy efficiency

-

ACCORDING to the Scottish Government heat accounts for over half of Scotland’s energy use so if anyone can’t afford to upgrade their heating system then maybe it’s time for them to consider taking control of the one they’ve got.

Barcaldine-based company Renewables Now has tried and tested the latest in smart energy technologies and believes that it can offer its customers not only the highest level of comfort and control, but also real savings on their energy bills.

Today’s generation lives where everything around them is getting smarter - smart cars, smart phones and now smart homes. By introducing smart heating zones savings of up to 40 per cent could be made on heating bills. All lights in a house are not controlled from just one switch so why shouldn’t heating be the same.

By installing intelligent heating controls that allow householders to create and individually control up to 12 heating zones heat can be sent to specific rooms throughout the home only when it is need- ed. It’s smart but simple. At dinner time heat the dining room and at bed time heat the bedrooms.

If there is a sudden change to a routine then each zone can be easily adjusted using a smartphone, giving total control and allowing access even when people are not at home.

For those who that feel it is time to become less energy casual and want to find out how they can get control of their home’s energy bills then call Renewables Now on 01631 720587 or visit the office to see the smart energy controls in action.
