Loch group face court legal costs
THE council is waiting to hear how much it will receive in legal costs following the judicial review raised by Friends of Loch Etive (FoLE).
FoLE claimed permission to expand a Dawnfresh fish farm had been granted unlawfully and took Argyll and Bute council to the Court of Session.
A council spokesman said: ‘ The council is currently preparing an account of legal costs for recovery from FoLE.’
