LATEST NEWS FROM DAWSONS
DAWSONS, Argyll’s oldest independent firm of residential sales and lettings agents are delighted to announce the appointment of Lise Williamson MacDougall, who brings many years of experience in the local property market to the firm.
The recruitment of Lise as an estate agent helps Dawsons to expand their bespoke residential sales business and allows Mandy Carmichael, the owner, to further develop their services in Lochaber, an area which is of particular interest to her as she is originally from Fort William. It will also allow them to have a stronger presence on the Islands, in particular the Island of Mull.
Since 1974 Dawsons has provided expert residential sales and lettings services throughout the West Highlands and Islands and the team builds on this rich heritage with an innovative and forward thinking approach. They are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and are keen to ensure they always meet their clients’ every need. From the first visit to your property where they will value your home to the conclusion of your sale Mandy, Neil and Lise are always on hand to guide each client through this stressful time. ‘We pride ourselves on our professional and realistic approach’, said Neil Fraser, who has an unrivalled local knowledge, having been involved in the housing market in the area for more than 35 years. Mandy added, ‘Our clients are all so different, as are their properties, so our bespoke brochures and marketing approach are always tailored to suit each client’s particular requirements. We treat each property as if it were our own.’
With their office occupying an excellent position, with a prominent and extensive window display, right in the centre of Oban, Dawsons own website presence, together with membership of Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation and being one of only 2 agents in Scotland who are part of the London based Mayfair Office marketing group, means that there is nobody better qualified than Dawsons to handle the sale of your property in Argyll and Lochaber.
