ABOUT 8.40pm on Thursday September 28 in High Street, Oban, a man aged 24 was arrested for allegedly assaulting another man.
When arrested, the man resisted police and assaulted two officers. The man was charged with the offences and a report was submitted to the procurator fiscal.
ABOUT 2pm on Friday September 29, a car was stopped by police for a routine check on McCaig Road, Oban.
Subsequent checks revealed that there was no insurance in force for the vehicle and the driver, a 30-year-old woman, was charged with the offences and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
ABOUT 12.30am on Saturday September 30, in Victoria Crescent, Oban, a woman was allegedly assaulted by another woman. Police investigated and on Sunday October 1 a woman, aged 21, was arrested and charged with the offence. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
ABOUT 1.40am on Saturday September 30, in Craigard Road, Oban, a woman aged 55 was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct and refusing to leave a licensed premises.
The woman was charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
