Top Inverlochy and Torlundy gardeners
INVERLOCHY and Torlundy Community Council presented prizes to the community's top gardeners this week.
The community council held its annual garden competition recently and judge Donald Young had the unenviable task of deciding who got the top prizes. The competition was high, with Mrs Taylor winning the best overall garden. Results were as follows: Best overall garden, 1 Mrs B Taylor; 2 Mr M MacKay; 3 Mr P Haggerty. Best flower garden, 1 Mr and Mrs MacRae; 2 Mrs Livingston; 3 Mrs J Drennan. Best ornamental garden, 1 Mr and Mrs Winder; 2 Mrs Murphy; 3 Mr and Mrs Robertson.
