Butcher rewarded for training efforts

ALISTER Jackson from Oban was one of the finalists of the training partner of the year award due to his commitment to training.

Alister is known for treating his employees as part of his family and has understood the desire for young people to travel away from Oban is strong but this has not stopped him investing in new talent as well as helping them take time to develop.
