A QUIZ night and raffle which packed Kilmore Village Hall on Saturday March 17 raised £560 towards a new kitchen.

Kilmore Community Council thanked everyone who donated dishes for the buffet supper and organised tables and chairs for the many teams. ‘You missed a real treat if you couldn’t make it,’ the group said: ‘It was good to see youngsters with families there.’

The night’s quizmaster Dr Jules Hodge said: ‘Thanks go to everyone who attended to help raise funds for a new kitchen in the village hall. For further events check the Facebook page Kilmore Community Council Argyll and Bute.’
