Section is added for Lorn Show
Lorn Show will take place on Saturday August 4 at Keil Common Grazings, Tralee, Benderloch, and the main sponsor is United Auctions.
New this year is a horticultural section.

The judges for this year’s show are as follows:
Blackface and junior section – Mr John Murray, Crossflat, Muirkirk, Ayrshire.
Cross-sheep section – Mr Andrew Morton (Jnr), Townhead of Dundaff, Carron Bridge, Denny, Stirling.
Highland cattle – Mr Ron Fergie, Knockendon Farm, Dalry, Ayrshire.
Pure and cross cattle – Mr Pat Boyd, Drumaglea, Cornaigmore, Isle of Tiree.
Dogs – Mrs Judith Boyd, Drumaglea, Cornaigmore, Isle of Tiree.
Poultry – Mr William Neilson, 27 Cruachan Cottages, Taynuilt.
Home industries and handicrafts – Miss Alison McCorquodale, Tigh Folla, Appin.
Horticultural – Miss May MacKenzie, 9 Camus Road, Dunbeg.
Umpire – Mr Hamish McNicol, Turnault Farm, Barbreck, by Lochgilphead.
Judging of sheep and cattle sections start at 10am; poultry, home industries and horticulture, 11am; dog show noon; Highland dancing 10.30am. Registration takes place at 10am.
