Kyokushinkai Karate

With the school summer holidays over, the club is actively looking for new members. If you are thinking of a great way to get fit and be able to defend yourself, or have a child over eight who would like to, then Kyokushinkai Karate is perfect for you. It teaches all aspects of the martial arts, including self-defence, stand-up fighting, throws, joint locks and controlling someone on the ground. Students under the tuition of instructor Iain Rodger have taken part in Scottish, British, European and World Championships, all acquitting themselves very well. The training is hard but rewarding and grades are recognised throughout the world.

If you think this style of karate is for you please contact Iain Rodger (6th dan) for a friendly chat on: 07584 166542 or iain@ ikku.co.uk, alternatively send a message to Caledonia Kyokushin on Facebook.
