Bob finishes 11 under par in challenge tour
Oban golfer Robert MacIntyre made the cut at the Bridgestone Challenge played at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in Bedfordshire last week.
In the first round he carded a four under par 67 which featured six birdies and three bogeys.
In the second round he birdied four holes and had only one bogey to card a 68.
Round three saw him card a two under par 69 which featured three birdies and one bogey.
Robert finished off the tournament with another 69, with four birdies and a double bogey for a four-round total of 273, 11 under par to finish in joint 20th place.
The event was won by England’s Tom Lewis with a 23 under par score of 261.
The Challenge Tour moves on to the Kazakhstan Open which will be played at the Zhailjau Golf Resort in Almaty starting on September 13.
