Woman’s body recovered on Skye

A woman’s body has been recovered near Skye Bridge.

Although formal identification has yet to take place, the family of Zsuzsanna Kovacs has been informed following the discovery on Wednesday September 5.

A police spokesman said: ‘We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal for information and everyone who assisted with the search. Our thoughts are with Zsuzsanna's family at this very sad time.’

Police, RNLI, coastguard teams and the local mountain rescue joined forces to trace the 38-yearold woman.
