Friends of Nevis thank centre for support
Friends of Nevis has said thank you to the Ben Nevis Highland Centre (BNHC) for its support since 2008.
Trustees Claire MacLeod and Fiona McSorland presented a plaque to BNHC manager Yvonne Ross last week in recognition of the contribution made by the centre to the work of the conservation group.
Every year, in April and November, Friends of Nevis organise a litter pick in Glen Nevis. BNHC generously allows the litter pickers to meet in its restaurant and provides teas, coffees and biscuits while the pickers are organised into teams for rubbish collections along the riverside and glen.
