CAMERON - Kathleen, Maureen, Robbie and Carolyn, warmly thank everyone for their support and kindness, also for the cards, letters, homebaking and flowers following the sad and unexpected loss of Sandra. To our friends in Alvor, Portugal - Magia, Sandra and Paulo of the Vagabondo restaurant and also Marcelo, who all looked after Kathleen so well. Thanks also to the indomitabl­e Louise Tighe and her friends who also took care of Kathleen in Alvor. Thanks also to the Rev. Malcolm Kinnear for a comforting service and Mary Ducker for the beautiful flowers in Church. To Beth, Jamie and staff of McFall’s for all their help and kindness and to all those who filled the church in honour of our beloved Sandra, we thank you all. She will never be forgotten. The sum of £930 was collected and will be split between Talk Lochaber and Munlochy Animal Aid.

FORBES - Margaret, Christine, Iain and Lorna thank most sincerely family, friends and neighbours for their kindness, support, cards, letters, phone calls and flowers following the sad loss of Harry, a devoted husband, father, father-in-law and grandpa. Special thanks to Dr Ewan Glen, Dr Chuma, nurses and receptioni­sts at the Lorn Medical Centre. Thanks to the ambulance crew and to Colin and Danny for their compassion. To Catriona and staff at Hamish Hoey for sensitive and efficient funeral arrangemen­ts. To Donald MacKinnon for a warm sincere and comforting service and to Andy Henderson, organist. Thank you to all who paid their last respects at the church and graveside and to Michael and staff at The Falls of Lora Hotel. Our heartfelt gratitude is extended to everyone. The retiral collection raised £1604.64 for the Oban Branch of the RNLI.

MACCORMICK - Linda and Kate and their families would like to sincerely thank everyone for visits, flowers, cards, messages and phone calls which have been a great comfort following the sad loss of their mum, Mary. Special thanks to the Rev Margaret Miller for her support and a warm and compassion­ate funeral service at Lismore Parish Church; many thanks to Duncan Gunn for efficient and sensitive funeral arrangemen­ts, to Anne Livingston­e for playing the organ and to cousin, Ronald Black, for piping. Huge thanks to Kiki MacColl and her able team of assistants for providing a fantastic spread and excellent service at Lismore Hall, thanks also to the islanders who donated home baking which was very much appreciate­d. Finally, thanks to all friends and family who helped out with additional funeral roles, to everyone who travelled from near and far to attend and for

Brenda, Margaret and families wish to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for their kind expression­s of sympathy following the sad loss of their mother, Margaret. Special thanks to Sileas Sinclair for playing the accordion in the church and Michael MacKinnon for piping, to Moreen Gracie for the beautiful floral tribute and to John Horne and staff at The Royal Hotel for their excellent catering.
