Young farmers set for stock judging event

North Argyll Young Farmers’ Club is gearing up for its annual stock judging competition.

The event will be on Friday January 18 at Oban Livestock Centre.

The stock judging will begin at 7pm and there will be multiple classes and categories to participate in as well as a raffle and refreshments and a guess the weight of the calf class.

A spokeswoman for the North Argyll Young Farmers’ Club said: ‘The categories will be open, young farmers, under-14s and teams.

‘Come along to compete or just to enjoy the craic.’
