Isle of Seil coastal rowers had an ‘oar’some start to New Year.

The row took to the water on New Year’s Day with two new members onboard.

They left Balvicar Boatyard passing through Seil Sound towards Clachan and the Bridge over the Atlantic before a refreshment break thanks to Sue Fenton. The rowers then turned back, enjoying a glorious sunset.

James Fenton was cox with crew Ewan Kennedy, Jean Ainsley and new members Chris Bennett and Kathie Griffiths.
