Motorist speeding

About 4.25pm on Tuesday February 19, on the A85 near Dalmally, a motorist was stopped for exceeding the speed limit. The van was also found to have three tyres with tread depth below the legal limit. The driver, a man aged 59, was charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
