The first cohort on the innovative new One Lochaber Leadership Programme will officially begin their tailor-made year-long programme during Lochaber Ideas Week, with the inaugural training day taking place on Wednesday November 20.

Lochaber Chamber of Commerce created the bespoke training programme to meet the needs of local businesses in developing their workforce to meet the challenges of the future.

This exciting new programme, delivered by expert management trainers, Ethos Consulting, will take participants through a specially-structured training programme of seminars and one-to-one workshops, leading to an accredited leadership qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management.
