United Auctions, Dalmally, Friday August 28: sold 2594 sheep of all classes. Lambs (2227) averaged £57.53 (+£13.45) per head and 201.75p/kg (+0.53p/kg). A good selection of quality bred lambs were presented to a strong force of buyers and many more could have been sold to seller’s advantage.
