Checking In - Not Checking Up’ Online Masterclass 10am - 11am

Top tips to help you manage your team and work relationships when working remotely For lots of us, working from home or remotely from our colleagues has become the norm over the last year. When you’re managing people remotely it can be easy to fall into the habit of calling to check up on whether work is on track or “done”. The problem is that when you’re on the receiving end of those calls, it can feel a lot like micro-management. This session will provide practical guidance on how to shift your focus to a “Checking in” mindset, creating a warmer and more trusting environment for your people to work in, where they feel supported. We know that happier people do better work, and taking this approach can create a workplace where people are able to perform to their best, knowing that you’re there to help them get the work done.
