Between 10pm on Wednesday March 24 and 6am on Thursday March 25, a black Mini, parked in Rhuval Road, Oban, was damaged by having two tyres punctured. Police are investigating.
About 8.30pm on Tuesday March 30, on Ulva Road, Oban, a document check was carried out on a vehicle which revealed there was allegedly no valid insurance or MOT certificate. A 54-yearold woman was later traced, charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
About 11.20am on Thursday April 1, on Soroba Road, Oban, a man allegedly stole two Jerry cans of fuel from a petrol station. Police are investigating.
Between 9pm on Thursday April 1 and 7am on Friday April 2 on Glenfoot Terrace, Oban, a vehicle was damaged by having the bonnet scratched. Police are investigating.
Between Saturday February 27 and Monday March 1 a large amount of soil, paving slabs and other waste were dumped around Fasnacloich, Appin. This has caused damage to a style and its wooden panels. Police are investigating.
About 4.30pm on Friday April 2, police searched a house in Glenshellach Terrace, Oban, under warrant. Subsequently, a 45-year-old man was charged with allegedly possessing cannabis with intent to supply other people. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
Between noon and 1pm on Friday April 2 a white BMW car was reported to be driven in a dangerous manner while carrying out an overtake manoeuvre on the A85 between Lochawe and Taynuilt. Police are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses.
About 5.45pm on Saturday April 3, on McCaig Road, Oban, a vehicle was stopped and the 42-year-old male driver was arrested for allegedly being unfit to drive through drugs. Subsequently a blood sample was taken for analysis.
