Between 5am and 6am on Sunday February 6 at Ulva Road, Oban, a brick was thrown through a property’s rear window, smashing it. A young female was seen running away from the scene.

At 2.45pm on Monday February 7 at Superdrug, George Street, Oban, two men were seen entering the shop, concealing items and leaving without paying.

About 11am on Tuesday February 8 at Farmfoods, Dunollie Road, Oban, a man entered the store and allegedly took an item from an open display before leaving the store without paying. He was arrested and charged, and a report was sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Between midday on January 25 and midday on February 8 at a farm in Clachan, Seil, a lock for the gate to the property was damaged.

At 11pm on Tuesday February 8 at Oban Police Station, Albany Street, Oban, a man was arrested for allegedly breaching bail conditions.

He also allegedly assaulted a police officer before shouting and swearing at officers and issuing racial remarks. The man was charged with these offences and a report sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

At about midnight on Wednesday February 9 at a car park within Victoria Crescent, Oban, a man and woman were observed by police having a fight. The 21-year-old man and 48-yearold woman were a issued recorded police warnings.

At 5.30pm on Thursday February 10 at Polvinster Road, Oban, a man allegedly drove a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and above the speed limit. The matter is being investigat­ed.

About 3.30am on Friday February 11 at Lorn and Islands District Hospital, Oban, a man was threatenin­g and abusive towards police, issuing threats of violence. The 33-year-old was issued with a recorded police warning.

Between 8.30am and 9am on Friday February 11 at

Albert Street, Tobermory, Mull, a vehicle was struck causing damage.

Police are investigat­ing an assault that is said to have taken place between 7am and 10am on Friday February 11 at Torloisk, Isle of Mull.

About 3pm on Sunday February 13, at Lorn and Islands District Hospital, Oban, it is alleged that a female became aggressive towards police, shouting and swearing and making racial remarks before assaulting one of them. The 41-year-old woman is being charged and a report sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

About 8pm on Sunday February 13, at Etive Park, North Connel, a 25-year-old man allegedly behaved in a threatenin­g and abusive manner towards police before uttering racial remarks towards them. He was arrested and a report submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
