Graduate opportunity

Highland Council’s Gaelic team has created an opportunity for a Gaelic graduate intern to use and develop the language within the council’s social media platforms and to develop a Gaelic/ bilingual portal.

The successful candidate will work with various teams within the council including Gaelic, communications, and the digital network.

Councillor Calum Munro, chair of the Gaelic committee, said: ‘This post gives the successful

candidate a real opportunity to combine their linguistic, digital and creative skills.

‘Relevant training will be provided and it is important to highlight that the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their interpersonal skills and work with many key stakeholders.’
