Bullocks sold to £1175 for a 494Kg, LimX from Clachan Farm Partnership to average £844.63 (+£36.54), while Heifers sold to £960 for a 376Kg, LimX from W MacLeod, Lurignish to average £762.37 (+£33.29).
Bullocks sold to 284.3p/kg for a 248Kg, LimX from A J Morrison, 10 Eoligarry to average 242.55p/kg while heifers sold to 270.8p/kg for a pen of 253kg, Lim crosses from Keppoch Farms, Roy Bridge.
A large turnout of buyers resulted in an excellent trade and more stock could have been sold to seller’s advantage.
